TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1 – SELLER IDENTIFICATION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are those of AMI PARIS SAS, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) organized under the laws of France, with its registered office located at 54, rue Étienne Marcel – 75002 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 527 636 609, VAT number FR13527636609.
ARTICLE 2 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) constitute the entire agreement between the parties. The Buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation.
These Terms apply to all sales concluded through the website https://www.amiparis.com (the “Site”). They do not apply to purchases made in physical stores or through other distribution channels.
AMI PARIS (the “Seller”) and the Buyer agree that these Terms exclusively govern their relationship.
The products offered for sale (the “Products”) are intended solely for sale to end consumers (individual persons or non-professional entities) and not for resale or commercial distribution. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that they are purchasing for personal use and not for resale.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of purchase.
ARTICLE 3 – PURPOSE
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of Products offered on the Site.
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.
ARTICLE 4 – PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
Prior to placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having been provided, in a clear and understandable manner, with the following information:

ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS
Any order placed on the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the prices and Products available.

Confirm order details (price, delivery, billing)

Confirm payment
Once payment is confirmed, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
The Buyer will receive an order confirmation email including:

The contract is deemed concluded upon shipment confirmation.
If a Product is unavailable, the Buyer will be refunded within 14 days.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or suspend any order in case of:

Prior dispute
ARTICLE 6 – ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
Providing payment information and confirming the order constitutes:

Acceptance of payment obligation

ARTICLE 7 – PROOF OF TRANSACTION
Electronic records maintained by the Seller shall constitute valid proof of transactions, communications, and payments.
ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products are offered subject to availability.
The Seller reserves the right to:

Refuse orders in case of abuse or fraud

ARTICLE 9 – PRICING
Prices are subject to change but are applied at the time of purchase.
Depending on the delivery country, prices may be:

Shipping costs are not included unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at checkout.
ARTICLE 10 – PAYMENT METHODS
Orders require payment at the time of purchase.

The Buyer represents they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The Seller reserves the right to:

ARTICLE 11 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY – REFUNDS
Products are available while listed on the Site and subject to stock availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 12 – DELIVERY
Delivery means transfer of physical possession of the Product.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
The Seller is not responsible for:

Carrier-related issues
The Buyer must inspect Products upon delivery.
ARTICLE 13 – RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery of the Product to the specified address.
ARTICLE 14 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Buyers have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Returned Products must be:

Unused

In original packaging
-
With tags attached
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.
ARTICLE 15 – WARRANTIES
15.1 Limited Warranty
Products are covered by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
The Seller warrants that Products:

Are free from material defects
15.2 Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, Products are provided:
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller disclaims:

Implied warranties of merchantability

ARTICLE 16 – FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control, including:

Telecommunications failures
ARTICLE 17 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including:

ARTICLE 18 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site is the exclusive property of AMI PARIS.

ARTICLE 19 – WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
ARTICLE 20 – ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE
AMI PARIS complies with applicable environmental regulations and participates in waste management programs where required.
ARTICLE 21 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved:

Or before competent courts in the State of New York
